A commercial space with an area of 144m2 is located in the Gothic district, next to the Jaume I metro station. It is located on the first floor of a palace built in the 18th century. The building is in the late Baroque style. 

It was previously used for celebrations of weddings mostly by representatives of Spanish noble families. The present building belongs to the heirs of the aristocratic families of Barcelona and is opened exclusively for private events.
