This wing does not have a tourism license and rent for more than a month. The second part of the premises (225m2) is distributed over 10 rooms, an office, lobby and common area for recreation. This section has a license for the tourist rental of 7 rooms. The other 3 bedrooms in this wing can only be used as a dwelling. Currently, the hostel rental management company is under contract until June, 2027. Utility costs and property tax IBI are paid by the tenant. Rental income is 4.8% per annum for 2015 and will be further increased to 5.6% by 2019.
